Q: When I try to log in why do I keep on getting the following error message "ERROR:
You need to be logged in to access this. Please log in"?
A:
It appears that your internet security
level is too high and you computer is not accepting our cookie - this is
needed to log into your account. If you are using Internet
Explorer you can change this by doing the following.
Open Internet Explorer, Click Tools and
then Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab (only in Internet
Explorer V6) and then do the following:
1. In the section that says
"web sites - to override cookie handling click on the edit
button", click EDIT. In the address of site type
onlinemotorhomes.com
Click Allow - onlinemotorhomes.com will
then be displayed. Click OK and then OK again.
Note: If you are unable to click the
edit button change the Privacy Settings from "block all
cookies" to "high", and then you will be able to click
the edit button as described above.
If you do not have a privacy tab, click
on the security tab. Then click on the trusted sites icon and then the
"sites.." button. Where it says "Add this website to the
zone" enter the following information:
After you have done this close your
internet explorer and then reopen it and try again.
