Q: When I log into my account it says I have received more emails than
I actually have. Why?
A:
Always check the SPAM folder of your email provider if you have one. If you do not have a SPAM folder simply go to your advert and fill out the contact form and send yourself a test email. If it does not arrive contact your email provider and ask them why it has not arrived.
Remember not to panic as we keep a backup of these emails for 30 days and we can easily resend them to you
